According to Zodd he crash landed here on Earth only to be apprehended and imprisoned in the extra terrestrial maximum security facility known as St. Anxiety. His mission is simple and direct, gather as much information on the planet and report said information back to the Supreme Galactic Council to help aid in their inevitable conquest of Earth.
