Nurse Rosie is a strict disciplinarian who revels in the unfortunate conditions of those under her care (or lack there of) She's the first to step up when a patient needs a shot. She particularly loves to personally hand deliver the unidentifiable mystery meat, creamed corn and lime Jello served up by the cafeteria.

Rosie is from the old school an feels the kinder gentler approach to mental heath is a bunch of horsepucky. She longs for the good old days when you could just yank out a small portion of the brain and voila the patient was cured. Rosie is quite vocal about her opinions and every once in a while when she's feeling nostalgic will reintroduce a few of her favorite techniques. After all, a little shock treatment never hurt anyone.
