Dr. Bromley can be characterized most by his thick German accent, enthusiastic yet humble demeanor and his undying devotion to his one and only patient, Orson.

Bromley and Orson's history began oddly enough when Orson tried to put an early end to the doctor by way of ball-pin hammer. The botched attempt left Bromley with a limp and as a result nearly lobotomized Orson (not that anyone would notice). From that day forward Bromley has developed somewhat of an obsession with Orson.

Bromley has written numerous published works of which Orson is the subject. As the foremost expert on Orson's condition Bromley's expertise is usually called upon to track down Orson whenever he manages to escape St. Anxiety's maximum security ward, which is quite often.
